By making a booking on StayIn, you agree to our terms of service. Payments are processed securely and are non-refundable after 48 hours prior to check-in.

Cancellation

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before check-in. After that, the first night's stay is charged.

Host obligations

Verified hosts must maintain listing accuracy and honour confirmed bookings.
